At October 2013 Metal Treating Institute’s (MTI) Fall meeting in Las Vegas, our Engineering Manager Matt Reed P.E. (center), received his diploma for completion of MTI’s Y.E.S. Management Training Program. On left in photo is MTI President Jim Roberts of Eclipse Combustion and on right is Kyle “Cruiser” Howlin of The Corps Group.
The YES program is a 4 weekend training course over a 10 month period where Matt learned about Leadership, Management, Cost Accounting, and Lean Manufacturing.
