Dry Coolers provides customer service support over the phone as well as with a walk through of trouble shooting system errors or problems.

Installation Support & Training

Dry Coolers provides optional onsite startup assistance to ensure that our equipment is operating correctly and operators understand the operating and maintenance of their new equipment. Startup typically takes one to three days which includes operation and maintenance training.

Virtual Site Visit

 Questions on operation? Need troubleshooting help? We offer virtual walk throughs for immediate resolution of critical issues.

Spare Parts

Dry Coolers maintains detailed records of all of our manufactured equipment. Contact us for any parts you may need. Please have your serial number (i.e. J-1234) available.

Engineering Services

Dry Coolers provides engineering site support for customers needing extra assistance. Here are a few examples of how we can help:

  • Pipe size and pipe material
  • Best location of equipment
  • Support for incorporating into plant wide data collection systems
  • Heat load and flow requirements 


Dry Coolers warrants that all manufactured products furnished by Dry Coolers will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of shipment.

CAD-Based Designs

Dry Coolers designs in 3D using Solidworks software. After receipt of purchase order, a STEP file can be shared to help you integrate your new cooling or filtering system into your facility layout.
