Skid Mounted Vacuum Carburizing Furnace Cooler for Ford Motor Company
This dual-circuit cooling system with onboard chiller packs all the necessary components for this rather large system into one skid unit that is easy to manage and transport. For this project Ford Motor Company had very specific size requirements that needed to be met in order for the machine to fit in the factory properly. This self-contained unit includes all of the necessities of operation, pumps, heat exchangers, chiller components and control panel all within specified dimensions while still providing necessary flow rate and pressure.
