Highly efficient systems guarantee long life and minimal downtime and maintenance

Operating Range

High Temperature

140° F

Low Temperature

-20° F

The Basics

Zero water usage since there is no evaporation
No continual chemical treatments - fill it once and check annually
Low maintenance - direct drive propeller fans
Can cool liquids to within 5-10°F (3-5°C) of ambient air temperature

Optional Features

Forced or induced draft fan configurations
Horizontal or vertical air flow configurations
AVI, dry cooler, stack, stacked, air cooled heat exchanger

For cooling a process that can operate at a temperature at least 5-10°F (3-5°C) above the ambient air, these water/glycol based, closed-loop air cooled systems are the ideal solution. These systems are perfect because they are highly efficient induced draft machines that are made with high quality copper tubes and aluminum fins that effectively reject heat into the air. Custom non-ferrous and corrosion resistant fin and tube options are also available along with a wide variety or custom fan options for any environment.

Aqua-Vent's closed loop operation also never allows contaminants to enter the system, which reduces downtime, extends the system lifespan and minimizes maintenance costs. These mid-range temperature coolers, with the possible addition of inhibited ethylene glycol or propylene glycol as antifreeze, eliminate freezing problems that plague conventional cooling towers. Their low maintenance galvanized steel housing comes in sizes from 1 to 12 direct drive fans with both vertical and optional horizontal orientation to fit all your needs and ensure a long operating life.
