A modular approach to waste heat recovery from hot exhaust gases, RepoTherm keeps costs low and simplifies point-of-use installation. Removable cover plates provide easy access for inspection and mechanical cleaning of finned tubes if necessary. Damper controls regulate gas flow and temperature as required.

RepoTherm is a perfect solution for:

Example Applications

Glass Industry
Collected fumes from a glass lehr were directed through modular heat recovery units (each with its own fan) in order to match the demand for both hot water and steam. Hot water was used for process rinsing and employee showers, while steam was used to replace a gas fired boiler.

Power Generation  
Installed on the discharge of a microturbine power generator, heat recovery units can convert the waste energy into hot water, steam, or be used to directly heat a process stream.

Industrial Furnaces
Heat recovery units recover waste heat from combustion of gas fired heat treating furnaces and direct it to process wash tanks.

Green Energy Generation  
RepoTherm heat recovery units are used to deliver waste heat to Organic Rankine Cycle power generators.
